They are scammers. Took my 49.00 membership fee. There’s zip bound is $300 a month. Get cheaper elsewhere. Ask for my membership back. $49. They wouldn’t give it back. Never signed up for any prescription. And they still kept my money. Do not use RO. You can’t find out the price of their prescriptions until after you pay them $49 and then they won’t give it back. Scammers.

It’s very deceiving you have to pay a monthly membership, which does not include anything towards medication. I signed up thinking the medication was included because it wasn’t clear. I canceled within a half an hour and now I can’t get a refund on the first charge. It’s BS stay away. Their are others where the medication is included. With Ro you are looking at over 300.00 per month at least.

If I could give RO a 0 score I would. They are very quick to take your money and the product never ships or shows up; Customer service is canned responses that are auto generated. It was so bad that my response had fill in the blanks that were meant for Ron Burgundy. The only problem is Ron never filled in the blanks. I’ve had a tracking number for a week indicating that the UPSlabel has been generated but it seems to never ship. Only gets pushed out. Started to complain and then they ssid it shipped, from a location that is less than 5 hours from my house but it will take ANOTHER 7 days to deliver. They have $250 of my money. What a joke.

They offer on there site to get Lilly pill form for GPL 1 pill for 1st month $145.00 the they give you a discount of $100.00 meaning you pay $45.00. They act like you getting pill to pay $45.00. Then they ask more questions and say you don't qualified for the pill. They then push you to select 1 of 2 offers. You choose the needle for $99.00 or $299.00 one or the other. You choose $99.00 they say you don't qualified. Then then push you to the $299.00 and you click it. Then it $299.00 for 1st month then $499 each month after that for a year. They keep you hanging for a year. Don't use this site ro.com

Pricing is deceptive. The membership fee of $145 per month does NOT include the medications. Medications start at $199 per month for the minimum dosage. Apparently when increasing dosage the fees go way up. It will cost much more then you are lead to believe. I had other issues my needing to delay beginning the shots but was changed $145 anyway. I cancelled.

This company takes funds quickly. My shipment was delayed, then cancelled due to UPS error, am waiting again and cannot message them for an update even though another bot is asking me how my treatment is going! I don't have a "treatment" to update because the first one never got here and the second one was considered a "refill" even though I never got the first one! I do not recommend at this point. Communication is dismal and that is being kind.

Not a good experience at all, 1st the pricing is deceptive, $145 / month for them to ask you a few questions about how youre feeling, $199 per month for the shots, $45 for initial account set up. THEN after two months, no supplies showed up but charged "subscription fee" . When I asked about supplies they said I needed to go back through the prescreening phase for missing 4 day rotation. Canceled.

This company is a scam. They charge you $45 before they give any information.
