Would not recommend to anyone. Was “approved” for medication I already have had, then once I paid for the membership was declined. 1hr of being a member and it’s non refundable. Very scam-like.

This includes your personalized treatment plan, where a Ro-affiliated provider will review your medical history to help find a GLP-1 medication that’s right for you. As part of the $45 introductory cost, we also work with your insurer to help determine your medication coverage and estimated copay. Your insurance plan may require a prior authorization, which our team will assist in navigating with our insurance concierge partner. The $145 monthly membership begins every month thereafter, and it covers access to licensed providers, personalized support, and program resources, while medication costs are billed separately. Somewhere in the tap dance of lingo, I missed the fact that the $145/month I was paying was ONLY for the privilege of being an ongoing Roman customer, which gave me "access" to GLP-1 treatment. After my first dosage came in, I wondered why they stopped. Apparently I still had to pay an exorbitant rate on top of the membership rate. I'm going back to Hims - they were a bit expensive but not sleazy with their tactics.

If you have ever had any S/I or attempts, just don’t mark it. You won’t get approved. I haven’t had any attempts but have struggled with S/I my entire life. I disclosed most recent passive S/I, no intent or plan, following my mother’s death in July 2023. They denied me stating “GLP-1s can worsen depressive symptoms” DESPITE having the best MH I’ve had in years. Didn’t even ask me any additional questions or anything or for my depression or anxiety assessment scores since 2023, which I would’ve happily provided. Just sharing my advice since I know people who have THE WORST MH & they just lied & got approved on here. These people clearly have no working knowledge of how MH works, which is insane to me. I’m a Licensed MH Therapist & can say for 100% sure that how they do things is an absolute joke. You’re going to deny me who has 20lbs to lose while assuming people who are morbidly obese aren’t suicidal or haven’t struggled with recent S/I & just go ahead & approve them? Makes 0 sense.

Worst company to deal with. They take your money and tell you someone will respond in 24hrs then 3 days later nothing. You email them and they give you bs saying they sent a email you never got so you respond with the information they required 2 days later nothing. I suggest you go to another provider because support is horrible here. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever and will never go back to them.

Their ad has a promo stating $45 1st month then $145 monthly thereafter. Im approved. I get an email for the medication now wants to charge me $229 the 1st month & $449 monthly thereafter. NOT gonna happen.
