I didn’t like the bait and switch from $69 to $299 a month for what I want. The enrollment and review were easy but I honestly will be trying to find another provider due to the cost.

I'm concerned about the shipping delays and the quality of my product upon my receipt. We have had record heat wave alerts due to extremely seasonally high temperatures. If my product is shipped in a refrigerated/cooling container and the cool packs have expired, will my product be replaced? Signed, A new customer

I like the ability to get the prescription I need for my health, I dislike greatly the vague pricing down the road for your script as the dosage increases. Just show people what they can reasonably expect to pay for a year and offer the best options for savings. You're going to make your money for this, so just be more upfront. There are so many prescription drugs that cause weight gain, the pool of revenue will never go away. Stop gouging people and be honest about costs.

wkleić: I am very disappointed with my experience with Ro. I am having serious issues logging into my account, and even though the Ro Care Team contacted me and said they sent a confirmation link, I still have not received it. I have checked my email and spam folders, but I cannot find the message. This is especially frustrating because I have paid a significant amount of money and I need to be able to access and manage my account. I hope Ro can resolve this issue quickly and provide better customer support.

Very slow on losing weight. I have been counting calories watching what I'm eating and still haven't lost any weight

I disliked that it wasn’t in bold/large print that there’s a monthly fee in addition to the medication fee. I will likely cancel after the first month.

BEWARE OF THE PRICING — THE INTRODUCTORY RATE IS VERY MISLEADING. Ro made the process extremely easy, and I have to give them credit for having great communication and making everything convenient. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. The ongoing cost is outrageous. The first month is $39 for the membership + $149 for the medication. Sounds reasonable, right? Then the pricing jumps dramatically. After the first month: $149/month membership + $299/month medication = $448 EVERY MONTH. That works out to $5,376 PER YEAR just for the membership and medication. What made the experience even more disappointing was Ro’s response when I decided the cost was simply too much. They did absolutely nothing to try to keep me as a customer. There was no attempt to offer a better option, discuss alternatives, or work with me on the cost. The response was essentially, “No problem, we’ll cancel your membership.” That really says a lot about the customer experience. My advice: READ THE FINE PRINT and do the math before signing up. Don't let the introductory pricing fool you into thinking this is an affordable long-term option. Great communication and an easy process, but at $448/month—or $5,376/year—I simply cannot justify the cost. In my opinion, there are better ways to spend that kind of money.

It was not clear that the cost was two fold. $1,000 a year plus the expensive meds. Fortunately they may be useful in my health journey.
