RMP FinishesReviews of rmpfinishes.com

Great products! Antiquated shipping. Rural customers all over this country do not have the option of home delivery by the USPS and are forced to use P. O. Boxes however, most retailers do not allow the option of P. O. Box delivery even though they offer USPS delivery. This is frustrating and a bit absurd. You can do better for your customers. Update: RMP reached out to me directly and my order was placed. Hopefully, they and other retailers will find a way to remedy this situation of shipping to P.O. Boxes as it is the only option for anyone wishing to use the better rates of the USPS that live in rural areas. P.S. If you aren't buying your Tung Oil from RMP then you're probably not getting what you paid for.

Great customer service and turn around time Product is as described

Great Product! Easy & Fast application and cleanup. Beautiful and durable finish. Already placed a follow-up order!

Mixed paint as instructions said, but was difficult to get the right consistency. Not bad paint we use it on our bee hives and chicken coops. Works well for its purpose.

It was the first time using a paint i had to mix. Mistakes were made. In the end the paint job turned out really well and i will buy the product again. I wish i could send a picture.

I used the hemp oil on my cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms and it looks great. The smell was way less potent than a stain and didn’t linger for more than a day. Everyone who has seen our new house has complimented the cabinets and they’re surprised when I tell them what we used.

I tried to mix a test batch of paint. The powder would not dissolve (lumps). I spoke with one of your staff, who was as delightful as she was knowledgeable, her recommendation of using warm distilled water worked well. I was painting old bowback windsor chairs. I am sure you can imagine the combinations of previous finishes. Simply put, even with quite a lot of prep ( TSP wash, sanding, rinsing ) the milk paint with additive would not cover the previously finished surfaces. On bare wood it's great. I believe you make a good product. If I have a criticism, it would be for you to better emphasize the difficulty previously finished surfaces can represent. To be completely honest, I should have known better. Best regards Ted Spach

Couldn't have been better! Well, unless you came and applied the tung oil for us! The shipping was fast. The video explaining the application process was helpful. The smell is wonderful and I love the color of my newly installed wood floors! We used Dark half. Just the right color for the look we wanted. Thank you!
