Podcaster's have it so easy today
For someone that has been podcasting for almost a decade, all I can say is that I wished I would have had half of what Riverside offers back then. My world would have been so much easier, but we all have to start somewhere. Today's podcasters have it f**king made. With software like this, you can record and produce some very good content. I have been using riverside for less than a year. I have had some hang ups and glitches but once I found out the issues (like my computer was the biggest issue and my guests were on wifi) things started to become seamless. Now, there are occasions where the audio is out of sync, it takes a long time to process and other slight hiccups but that's just a part of the process. Nothing is perfect so when something goes wrong, don't jump to blame everyone but yourself (no I'm not a plant or paid promoter, just to be clear). Having Riverside as my studio and back-end producer has made my life a lot easier. The best tool I love is "Generate Show Notes". This was the game changer for me personally. I am sure there are other software programs that can do this with today's AI tech, but Riverside show notes are where it's at. There will always be room for improvement and based off my current experiences, 4 out of 5 is fitting and I am sure they will make it to 5/5 this year. For $29 a month, this platform delivers more than enough for today's podcasters.
