Fabulous customer service
I ordered 8 beautiful water goblets. They arrived promptly and had been well packaged but three of the eight were damaged -- one completely shattered. I wrote to customer service and sent a picture of the three damaged glasses and explained that I had hoped to use them for a dinner party a few days from now so hoped that they could send replacements promptly. They told me to throw away the broken bits and sent me four (not three) new replacements within 48 hours, which arrived intact. Truly fabulous customer service. And I love the glasses. Thank you so much!
