I had trouble with the assembly of my equipment and reached out to your company by email weeks ago with no reply. Thankfully I figured out the issue, but would have been screwed if I was actually missing a part (as I thought was the issue). I was shocked to know that I could spend that much on equipment and then not have access to address a possible assembly issue. As for the equipment, I could not be happier. But the service after the sale has much to be desired.
