Same issue as a previous reviewer. Sent a return back for a refund a couple of weeks ago and no refund. Order no was AO9167 if someone is actually looking at these reviews. I have already emailed customer support and no answer UPDATE - customer service contact me today and are processing refund. Thank you to whoever picked this up. The boots looked good when arrived but were not for me. Liked the style just not suited to my feet

The shoes fit perfectly! It took about 5 months for them to arrive. However, when the shoes finally did arrive, I was happy to have them. Only complaint I have is the grip on the shoes is not that grippy. I slipped on some sand on a concrete driveway. May have just been me. I will likely order more shoes from Ridgemont Outfitters in the future.

While I am grateful for the Monty-hi black gum shoes you sent me, I thought I was getting the Monty-low red/yellow shoes.

Paid for three shoes shoes months ago and haven’t received anything. We’re now a month past the purported deadlines. Update - received the shoes today, it definitely took quite a while. The shoes are nice, the laces could be longer and the overall width could be a bit wider as well. Maybe buy a half size larger than what you usually do

Good customer service, good quality shoes. A little delay to receive them, but communication was there. Complications happen in any service they dealt with my queries and shipped on one day delivery. I am happy thumbs up!
