Ride EquiSafeReviews of rideequisafe.com

Exceptional customer service and beautiful high quality merchandise

Wonderful. This is my 2nd purchase and I always feel like I’m in good hands, getting trusted safety standards from educated staff. I got a FreeJump/Penelope air vest a couple years ago and just got the new FreeJump Voronoi helmet now. It was hard to decide what worked best for me, fit me, best safety ratings etc. Other stores just don’t take safety as serious and with style. Katherine is educated, compassionate, wants what is best for “you” and offers a very personalized experience and is accessible. Her personalized experience, which just is being her natural authentic self, is what makes me continue to come back and to make these big ticket item/important purchases. AND this is all from doing remote/virtual with Katherine since I live in a different state. Ride Equisafe now has a store at WEC Ocala, which was so great to see as I was able to try on this helmet in-person to make sure it fit the way it was supposed to.

Staff was incredibly helpful as I chose the right air vest.

Fast shipping and good packaging! I get concerned about ordering from new places because there are so many scams out there, but Ride EquiSafe is great!

Fast! I needed x air canister for my granddaughter I received them in 4 days. Which is fast for canisters, great to work with.

Ordered a Helite riding vest. Got excellent info for correct fit. Delighted with my purchase!

Excellent customer support and advice

Very helpful team when buying. I do wish there was an option to choose 2 day or overnight shipping.
