Catherine was incredible to work with, I'm located on the other side of the country and she was so hopeful. I didn't like the look of the first vest we tried, and she didn't even hesitate to give me the opportunity to send it back for a new model. We did some video calls to check fit and discuss pros and cons of different sizing, and I felt incredibly attended to and never pressured throughout the whole process.
