They have been so great to work with! Very responsive, great virtual measuring system and I LOVE my new airvest that they recommended for me. I will be buying from them again. They research so much of the safety factors of the vests and the customer service aspect of the companies they are selling, that it really takes a lot of the worry out of which one to purchase.

Catherine made the process of picking out my air vest, ordering it, and making sure it fit a super simple process. She answered any email questions I had promptly and I feel great about my purchase.

Great customer service. I ordered a size medium vest but received a size large. Contacted customer service and within a few days received the medium vest with a shipping label to return the large. No fuss at all and the problem was handled quickly.
