Catherine spent more than an hour in total phone time with me getting my background, what I'm looking for in a vest, my measurements and photos (submitted through a form), talking through my vest options and their differences, and conducting a fit check after receiving the vest to ensure I received the best possible product for my needs. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received and I am incredibly grateful. I feel so great knowing my purchase was sound and well-thought out with Catherine's expert guidance. A long coat down filled for equestrians that doesn’t look like your wearing a bed spread! I’m 5’2” 125# and the small fits perfectly! Elegant, beautiful coat!
