Best car buying experience in 35 years! Please go in and ask for Jorge and Javier! They worked effortlessly to get me the best deal for my daughters first car! Bravo!

I came in for an oil change. Appointments were readily available; the entire process was done quickly and efficiently. My car was disinfected, which was very nice. My service advisor, Karen, was a gem. I will definitely keep coming back to Rick Case Honda for all of my automotive needs.

Good service and covered the areas I requested. Did not see a 15% discount for being a Rick Case returning customer.

Service was good, but i thought i would receive a disenfecting of the car and carwash as i was told when scheduling. I specifically did not ask when i brought the car in because i assumed it was a Covid precaution that was taken on all vehicles.

It took over 7 hours to complete service: tire rotation and alignment, car cleaning and detailing. At the end the car was simply washed and somewhat cleaned
