Service took a little longer than expected for oil change, tire rotation and recall. The WiFi was sub-par, the network did not allow for me to work while waiting so wasted half a day.

It was very expensive (1,200$), time consuming (2 weeks), no rental car available, with average customer service during the process. I called Rick Case more than they called me to stay updated on the cars status. The cashier whom I paid my bill with was bluntly rude and impatient. Neither my VW diesel emissions warranty or my 3 aftermarket warranty covered anything for these repairs. Paper work was scattered and my key fab was misplaced so I waited an additional 15 minutes just to leave once my bill was paid.
