Richpanel has been a great addition to our support operations. The overall service quality is excellent, and the team behind it is responsive whenever we've needed help. One of the standout features is speed, replies and support requests get handled quickly, which makes a real difference when managing a high volume of tickets & Analytics, which not only helps real-time tracking but also historical data tracing as well. Overall, a solid platform that's made our day-to-day support operations smoother.

Richpanel has some useful features and makes it easier to manage customer conversations from different channels in one place. The interface is generally easy to navigate, and it works well for handling day-to-day support. That said, there are areas that could be improved. The platform can be slow at times, and some features aren't as intuitive as they could be. We also experienced occasional glitches, especially with order and subscription syncing, which required us to double-check information in other systems. Overall, it's a decent customer support platform that gets the job done, but there's still room for improvement in performance and reliability.

Always helpful when contacting, no complaints

Richpanel has genuinely transformed how we handle customer support at Hunter's Doggy Shop. What stands out most is the team behind it, Venya, Smriti, Febin and Sandhya have all been incredible, always quick to help, always following up properly instead of leaving things hanging. I've had support reach out on weekends more than once, which says a lot about how much they care about getting things right for us. Beyond the support, the platform itself has made our CS department so much more streamlined, everything is easier to track, respond to, and stay on top of than before. Richpanel has genuinely played a part in helping our business succeed, and it's rare to find a tool where the product and the people behind it are both this good. Highly recommend if you're looking for a helpdesk that actually backs you up.

Their AI Agents are better than other AI tools out there. We tried tools like Gorgias AI, Siena and Kustomer before. We are using the Richpanel AI for the last few weeks and have seen great results. Their team is also very responsive on Slack.

Great company. Great team to work with.

Worst customer support ever, ironic considering this is what they sell. Have used it for 6 months now, customer support and help on their platform takes 48 hours just to receive a basic answer. If you consider using RichPanel, don't. We are too integrated with RichPanel to switch, but help yourself and stay away!
