Worst customer support ever, ironic considering this is what they sell. Have used it for 6 months now, customer support and help on their platform takes 48 hours just to receive a basic answer. If you consider using RichPanel, don't. We are too integrated with RichPanel to switch, but help yourself and stay away!

Richpanel deserves “0” stars because that’s what kind of customers service u get with Richpanel-zero. If you have plenty of time to waste emailing back & worth & getting incorrect response to a simple one sentence question ,that’s for you.

I had an order to cancel immediately after trying to find the spot to enter a discount code and a popup said the order had been submitted. The status stated unfulfilled. I had to deal with richpanel. I was told I could change my order, update my order but could not cancel my order. I emailed and chatted with them for hours to no avail. If I can change my order, I told them to change the amount of items ordered to ZERO. They never responded to that! They were absolutely no help and just kept repeating themselves with the same exact wording.

Ils ont eu la bonne idée de bloquer la connexion à notre compte pour 24h ! Super on peut même plus se connecter pour répondre aux clients, en + ils ne répondent pas au support !!

From a customer perspective, their AI bots were the absolute worst to deal with. I was trying to get help with an order I placed through a company that uses Richpanel for their customer support and my questions were never answered. They only responded by pointing me to links on their website that weren't relevant to my issues. After emailing multiple times saying that I still needed help the bots closed my ticket for support. If I could cuss out these bots, I would because this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had trying to get support.
