I honestly Trust Ribbon to assist with my clients offers being accepted. These offers are a win win for Sellers and Buyers. I have closed several transactions by partnering with Ribbon. In this real estate environment my buyers need help securing a property especially when they present with certain types of loan qualifications. Sad but true!

Worked exactly the way it was supposed to. The only problem was the attorney did not do what they were supposed to. Lot of confusion on the attorneys end.

My clients haven’t finished the repurchase process yet because ribbon keeps delaying the paperwork. We stated December 8th way early in the process and it’s now December 14th. Furthermore the lender and closing attorney has called and gave recommendations and nothing has been approved. It’s an absolute mess. Worse if all, ribbon said that they “dropped the ball” yet they will t take any responsibility. They won’t give concessions for rent paid or soon to be paid. Absolutely unprofessional.
