Most of the process was fast paced and…
Most of the process was fast paced and easy. There were a few times where I has difficulty getting forms back. I attribute that to Ribbon being swamped with applications and deals.

A Gamechanger
Partnering with Ribbon is like purchasing gap insurance for a new car! The company allows mortgage-ready buyers the opportunity to write a cash offer and ensures they will not pay more than their appraisal value (unless they choose to) vía the company’s appraisal protection program. Ribbon provided a seller with nearly $11,000 in appraisal protection allowing my clients, who obtained an FHA loan, to purchase their dream home. Our overall experience with Ribbon is excellent. The process is easy to understand and the system is easy to navigate. The Ribbon team answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The customer service is outstanding. My clients are happy with the process and getting their new home. The cash offer helped us win the bid out of 19 offers. A true lifesaver
They were a blessing to work with. Teryan is incredible and helped us with absolutely everything. She was very responsive and patient with all of my questions & concerns. We had a great experience
We had a great experience, Brooke Curtis was patient and explained & re-explained the program until we all understood. I found Ribbon to be responsive, upfront & reasonable with their requests. All sides of the transaction were in constant communication, everything went smoothly and everyone was happy at the closing table.
