It will turn off/reset back to zero by…
EDIT - 9/24/2026 - Company resolved my issues and I am completely satisfied with the end results. EDIT - 9/16/2026 - Customer service reached out to rectify the issue, will update again once product is received. It will turn off/reset back to zero by itself while I'm walking on it, and I lose the counter of time, miles and calories. The outer power cord (black) is cut and exposes the inner cord (white). Since it powered on and it worked, I didn't think it would be an issue and now I am thinking this may be the reason it turns off randomly while I am using it...I didn't report it as damaged and return it, but I should have.

I ordered my treadmill and on Nov 27 I got msg it was shipped. Then to be delivered on Dec 6th, then the 8th, then 10th now it's the 11th. Do what you say, don't be so fickled.

So far so good
It took longer to get here than advertised but I have been using it for about a week now and love it. It came with a rail and a safety stop button as well as a place to hold my phone. Hopefully I can reach my weight loss goal with it as I really didn't want to join another gym.
