Bottles were hot and product smelled like egg!
I received my order and it smelled like eggs and also the product was hot when it arrived. The bottle seemed like it was under the sun. With it being in a plastic bottle I’m not sure if that compromised the product is it suppose to have an egg smell? Please someone let me know!

First, please rest assured that the egg-like smell is absolutely normal. Glutathione naturally has a strong sulfur-like scent because it contains the amino acid cysteine, which is rich in sulfur. This sulfur content is actually part of what makes glutathione so incredibly effective in supporting your body's antioxidant defenses and detoxification. The smell is truly a sign of its quality, potency, and purity! Regarding the heat, we completely understand the concern when packages sit in the sun or arrive warm. Please know that our liposomal formulas undergo rigorous stability testing. They are specifically formulated to withstand the elevated temperatures that can occur during the shipping process, so the heat will not compromise the safety or the efficacy of your product. While the sulfur scent is normal, some customers definitely notice it more strongly at first. Many find they adjust over time, and taking it cold helps immensely! We highly recommend storing your bottle in the refrigerator. You can take it directly from a teaspoon while cold, or mix it into a flavorful beverage, such as a smoothie, to help mask the taste and smell.
