Love the straps, especially the retractable feature. Had an issue with one of the straps that were in Oct. Of 2025. Filled out an easy form on a Sunday, and the new strap was in the mail Tuesday. Great customer service

So my first product I received from Rhino USA, contact on me my first use with it on the trails. I contacted them and submitted claim. So far they are great to work with. They have a new product on its way to me!

My experience was superior to any other company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never had customer service get back with me so fast submitted my warranty claim took a picture of my product and they are shipping me a new toe strap. Awesome company I would recommend them to anyone.

The customer service is incredible. I had a problem with one of my ratchets. Within 30 minutes a new one was on the way. You very rarely see that anymore

So far I have purchased a total of 12 2" retractable, 4 transom and 4 ratcheting straps. So far, I have had an issue with the retractable system on 2 of them but they replaced them without question. As long as they stand behind their product, I'm a fan!
