So far no issues, unfortunately I can’t verify anything about the warranty as the items I have purchased(compressor and ropes)have not had any issues. To be honest that is why I picked Rhino for the warranty!

I purchased my first set of 1×10 and 2×10 retractable straps. One from each set stopped retracting. Asked if there was a warranty and there is a lifetime warranty. Sent pictures of them and got new ones shipped together within a week. Great customer service. Responded to emails quick. Very happy with purchasing this brand. Highly recommend to anyone ans everyone. They went above and beyond.

I have purchased several items from Rhino USA. A year ago, I purchased a set of 4-2" retractable ratchet straps and after a year one of the rewind springs broke and another was struggling to pull in the strap. I went online to file a warranty claim, shot a short video of the problem and submitted it for warranty. Within one week I had a set of 4 new ones delivered to my home. GREAT customer service.

I had a small problem with one of my Ratchet straps and the Rhino Team expedited the replacement right away. I have many of there straps and recovery equipment and everything has been top notch.

Quick warranty service on an almost two year old product. Make sure you save your order number somewhere because they do ask for that. I had that info from Amazon and the warranty was covered super fast and easy!!

Rhino USA has excellent customer service. They replaced my lock pin for free, and the whole process was extremely quick and easy. Clear communication, no hassle, and they stood behind their product. Highly recommend.
