Great products that are well made

I got a 4-pack of the 2”x10’ retractable ratchet straps in December 2025. By June of 2026, after light use, one of the straps stopped retracting all the way and would leave about 2’ out. The other 3 have had no issues at all. In August 2026, I filed a warranty claim on the single malfunctioned strap. In less than a week, Rhino USA sent me a brand new two-pack of the straps with no hassle at all. Great customer service. I never leave reviews, but I felt inclined to leave one due to how quickly they stood behind their product/warranty and sent me an additional strap. Highly recommend.

About 2 years ago I was helping my brother and I was using his rhino ratchet straps, amazing, the ease of use,no untangling them, they have some weight to them and they are solid, I went home that day and ordered 4 of the 1”straps and I just received 4-2” these make your job or whatever else you’re doing makes everything easy, neighbors and friends are amazed with these, I have also purchased numerous other rhino products, everything I have bought is well worth the money, good job rhino.

Purchased a heavy duty tyre gauge, after a few uses the battery was exhausted contacted Rhinousa about the problem which I thought would be a simple fix. I was advised that they would replace the item no questions asked and I received the item by return. I don’t think I have ever received such service from any other company.

Best straps I’ve ever used! Strapping down a motorcycle with the attached loop makes the process simpler and the retractable straps are the best for hassle free use and storage. Highly recommended

Easy to navigate website, easy check out. The parts are really tough quality. And the lifetime warranty is no lie. Works as they say.

Was very impressed with how a eclipse on to the better. The truck don't need a second person to help latch on very durable and very easy to set up and remove. Love the bag , It comes with for storage

I have a variety of products, starting with kinetic rope and soft shackles, retractable tie downs, tire deflators, 6in drop hitch, traction boards, and 2in recovery receiver. I've used all the products multiple times but the rope and shackles get a bulk of the work and not one failure yet. Great products and enjoy the you tube videos as well.
