I order a kit of 4 retractable ratchet strap (1") on Amazon. Two of them were skipping theet when I was trying to add tension to secure my load. I communicate with them for this issue. They replace my bad strap with 2 news super quickly and without any charge. The after sale service is quick and efficient. The product works now very well and I'm really saving a lot of time.

The q.6 inch ratchet straps are nice and wide to help from getting jammed up. And the self retractable straps are also fantastic.

Rhino USA goes above and beyond with customer service. I've bought multiple things from them and always get follow-up to make sure I'm happy with the item(s), or have any questions. Friends have seen my purchases and actually bought some of their own. The quality of products is amazing and I love that it goes to a great family and employees!! I'm happy to be a customer and would definitely recommend them!
