In charge of two Mobile Units (Large RV's.) Needed a reliable Tire inflation/gauge that can handle above 100 PSI. Purchased their Digital tire gauge in 2013 and it has been a daily work horse up until now. The hose going from the meter to the filler started leaking. Contacted their support asking where I can purchase a replacement hose and they are sending me a new one. At this day and age, its hard to find a company that would honor a lifetime warranty without jumping thru a million hoops of getting accused of misuse. Rhino processed the replacement, no questions asked. Will recommend this brand and company.

The turn around for my warranty was approved and shipped next day I just submitted photos with the hope it was approved as I was unsure I purchased other products from them and have had no issues I even purchased 2 sets of boat transom straps last night which I did not realize were available long story short I 100% back this company not one complaint

Wow! They have GREAT products. Obviously quality that is hard to find these days. I ordered one of their kinetic ropes. I used (unknowingly misused it a bit) and damaged it. They have help me with a resolution that was much appreciated. The product was not the issue, I was. Great customer service.

Love it when a great company backs their product. I recently broke 1 of my loc pins on my drop hitch. So I sent in photos of the pin and within 1 day I was notified saying the new lock pin will be sent out to you. Love the commitment to backing your products. Definitely will be buying more stuff for my truck and trailer

One of my straps tore and I entered a claim. With in 24 hours I was contacted and a replacement was sent.
