I purchased a set of retractable straps and some how one got torn! I contacted Rhino with my issue and filled out the required steps I was notified a day later that it would be replaced free of charge! They REALLY DO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND ITS WARRANTY....EXCELLENT COMPANY THAT MAKES REPLACEMENTS EASY PEASY!

I had purchased the 4 pack of 2” retractable heavy duty straps had a malfunction & came off my trailer dragged on the ground and destroyed. Took pictures sent in and was responded to within a few hours with a replacement on its way. Thanks Rhino

So, I’ve had the 200 psi gauge/inflator for well over a year now. That thing was dead on accurate! The reason I say “was” is this….I haven't had to change the battery the whole time I’ve had it. Went ahead and changed the batteries….started reading 125+ psi on my tires. Performed the troubleshooting the Rhino rep recommended…..Nada, still the same. I filled out the warranty claim, and even without my receipt they are replacing it! No questions, no hassle…just an email saying my new gear was on the way. You cannot beat that type of customer service and support. I am a Rhino man for life. I very much appreciate you all! Time to get some wearable Rhino gear!!!!!
