Purchased 2 sets of 4 2inch straps for my cargo work. Have used them everyday since I received them and they are great, they make the job so much easier and are very durable. Had a problem with 1 of the straps that stopped working, contacted them and they immediately replied. They have issued a replacement and honored their warranty. In the process of purchasing more gear, great company great gear 100%. Highly recommended all of their products, will definitely continue purchasing more products. Very pleased with their products, great company!

The best customer service I have ever received from a company in 58 years on this planet. Immediate response, accommodating response, and they stand behind their product 110%. I can't imagine that customer service gets any better than it does with Rhino. Thank you very much.

I am new with rhino products and started buy there products up three now I bought 7/8 tow strap and we had a tractor stuck in mud used it got out of stuck mud imean stuck mud and had a fray in the strap made warranty claim and no questions at all they stand by products i got a new ship out soon ...very happy with products will be a long return customer....thanks rhino....

I have been using the 2” ratchets for about 2 years now and have had a couple issues with of them,customer service is very good and handled my situation very quickly with my satisfaction as their main concern.
