I had a 1inch ratchet strap fail to retract the strap anymore. I got it as a gift a few years ago and was worried about how to warranty replacement would go but it went smooth as silk. Within 30 minutes of submitting the claim and explaining what happened to the ratchet strap I got a email saying my claim was accepted and on it way. Great customer service.

I had a 2" X 10' strap malfunction. The automatic rewind failed. I took some pics, filled out the warranty form and submitted it. I received my response the SAME day! New equipment shipping the next day. Thank you Rhino for the great service and for standing behind your products!

When the self retractable straps came out I bought them from Rhino . Now there's so many other options but I would still choose Rhino for there excellent customer service

I have a set of 4 of the 2" x 10' retractable straps and had an issue with 2 of them not retracting. Put in a claim and within less than a half day I was notified about my new straps being sent out FREE of charge. These straps are amazing, I use them to tire tie down my UTV. I liked them so much we bought my Father in-law a 4 pack too.
