Ordered on11/30 as of 12/24 still not here , contacted support they just referred me to website , no info sent between order and shipping . Company ills run by idiots

Run. Back away from this company so fast you get wind burn on your ***cheeks. Customer service is a nightmare, and I've rarely come across such an unprofessional, anti-customer company as this one. This company hides behind policies to avoid accountability and hopes customers won’t notice they failed to provide the service they paid for. I paid extra for their "priority service", which Revomadic advertises as prioritized processing with a one-business-day quality check. My order sat unshipped for weeks with no notification of delay, despite their own policy stating customers will be notified if delays occur. When I requested cancellation while the order was still unshipped, they refused — citing a rigid cancellation window — and told me my only option was to wait for delivery and then return the item. Here's the kicker - returns are at the CUSTOMER'S expense. So they fail to provide the paid service, refuse cancellation, and then push the cost of fixing it onto the customer. Only after I disputed the charge did a shipping label appear, and even then the carrier has not received the package. This is not priority processing — it’s damage control. It's funny that the company will send you a text stating you can add items to your order any time before it ships, but they claim they cannot cancel because it's already been sent to their supplier. Reading other reviews, this is clearly not an isolated incident. If you’re considering ordering, don't. "Priority” doesn’t mean priority, delays aren’t proactively communicated, and policies are used as a shield when things go wrong. I would spend 10x the money on a similar product just to avoid doing business with this company. Do not order from this company. again.

Order placed 12/11. Still has not shipped. No tracking info. No response from customer service. Really disappointed. Tried to do right by a small business and should have just gone to Amazon.

HORRIBLE! I have one star cause I didn’t have an option for NO stars! I have emailed and left message with NO response I placed my order December 6 item has NOT shipped! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Updated. 1/6/26 still waiting on my item to be shipped!!!!

I placed my order on 12/14 today its 12/22 and I have NOT information on my order and absolutely NO customer support. This was going to be a Christmas Gift. I guess I'm going to cancel it as fraudulent

Ordered the product in November. Emailed customer service weeks later and never received a response. My package didn’t ship until December 22nd. So much for the Christmas gift it was supposed to be

Scam artists who take your money but do not ship.

Revomadic took my $189 3 weeks ago and the order has yet to be fulfilled let alone shipped. They do not respond to their Help Chat. If they are a real product and not a scam, all it would take is some honest communication- an email, a text, etc to say they are behind in their fulfillment. Instead, they’ve gone MIA. I’ve filed a complaint with Amazon Pay as well as with my bank. Their Instagram account is full of frustrated customers like me. Save your time and money and skip Revomadic.
