Highly customized tutoring
My son began tutoring at Revolution Prep near the end of his junior year in high school to prepare for the ACT test. He has registered for three test dates, all of which have been cancelled due to the pandemic, so we don't have any ACT results yet. However, Patrick, his tutor, has been fantastic at structuring and customizing my son's practice sessions, identifying and working on areas that are not as strong, and building his confidence. Patrick is organized and clear, and my son relates well to him and feels like he is learning from the tutoring sessions and becoming more comfortable using the test-taking strategies Patrick has been teaching him. My son also worked with a separate tutor for a couple sessions before an AP history exam last spring and earned a 4 on the exam. Our account manager, Diane, is responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and she made sure to understand our needs and goals at the outset. We've been pleased with Revolution Prep so far and are hopeful that when my son does take the ACT test, the tutoring sessions will be reflected in a solid score.
