Hi Anya, thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry the scheduling process wasn’t clear and made it feel like your options were limited. Our system initially recommends a tutor based on the best match for the subject, availability, and other needs you’ve provided. However, you’re not limited to those recommendations. Below the proposed tutor, you can select “See alternative tutors” to view additional tutors, including their bios and available schedules, and choose the option that works best for you. We appreciate you calling this out, as we want to make sure this option is easy to find and the scheduling experience is as straightforward as possible. If you’re still having difficulty finding a time that works, our team would also be happy to help you find additional options. Please give us a call at 877-738-7737.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience felt like class time wasn’t being used effectively. We did want to provide some context around how our classes are structured. Instructors intentionally begin with a brief check-in with students and a review of how homework went. Toward the end of class, the formal lesson typically wraps up so the instructor can review homework and next steps with students and provide parent updates, with students still participating in that portion of the class. Classes conclude five minutes before the scheduled end time so instructors can document detailed notes and updates from the session. These are intentional parts of our instructional model designed to support student engagement, accountability, and communication with families—not to reduce instructional time or the level of care students receive. That said, every part of the class should feel purposeful and valuable, and we take seriously your feedback that this did not feel that way in your experience. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review the specific classes and concerns you’ve raised. Please contact our team at 877-738-7737 so we can identify your account and look into this further.
