In my own experience revolution mining did not turn out to be what I thought it would. I see positive reviews here which make me begin to doubt the authenticity. Miners are supposed to be transparent and accountable but reverse is the case. I have put in 26,000+ into revolution to mine bitcoins but it went left. The claimed my KYC verification had failed and refused to resolve the matter meanwhile my documents are all intact and have been provided. Since June revolution has refused to release my coins I had to file various complaints about them to the authorities and through the FBI’s IC3 I was guided to submitting a detailed report on *consumer-protection•solta•site* for a case to be filed. Even if I have managed to walk out of this the experience is certainly nothing to write home about. I advise you vet all claims before proceeding.

Holding miners hostage won't give back deposits or hardware. My miners have been offline since January of this year. We should all chip in and file a lawsuit.

Ran a miner for approx one year the went silent, no communication, no response from emails, no way of retrieving miner avoid them !!!

I've posted two positive reviews of this company, one in 2023 after I bought my first miner, and a second in 2025 after I bought my second miner. At that time, the service was good, the communications were good, and Ed seemed like a really good guy. Now though, both of my miners have been off-line since 28 January 2026, and they don't want to communicate with me to tell me what the problem is. The only saving grace is that I never had to make a deposit with them, and they're no longer charging me for the electricity. I just tried calling them today, and it appears that there are no longer any humans in the place, because I got directed to an AI bot. So, it appears that I've lost both of my expensive Bitcoin miners.

They hosted 3 of my machines. They sent a letter saying they were no longer going to host machines. Now they will not return my machines. They stole them.

We should all consider a class action for not only lost expenses, but lost revenue due to downtime since signing contracts. We should also all file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General for fraud

I sent them a machine I paid $4000+ for in 2024. I paid them upfront a security deposit I think was $200. I paid them for multiple months where my machine had zero uptime which cost me $195 per month. I paid them to ship my machine to Bitmain for maintenance twice. After the 2nd maintenance with Bitmain a month later my machine stopped working again for a 3rd time so I told them I am done and just want my machine back. After that they stopped replying to my emails. I thought I was the only person going through this but it looks like I am one of many.
