Camera doesn't last and picture could be better

Not the greatest but does the job. I can't get the app to work and one of my outside cameras has gone out only after two years. I had to replace the same camera when I first got it because it wouldn't work at all. I definitely should of shopped around a little more!

Great product( Fair customer service.) I would give 5 stars but I had a hard time trying to get an answer or a returned call from customer service...

Unreliable hardware.

The equipment works great, although the audio from the cameras has a little hum all the time. My only real complaint is when I returned two cameras. After 3 weeks I had not received an acknowledgment or a refund, although I could see from the tracking number they had received the cameras. I called, and I was told to call a special number. The return to my credit card posted 1 hour after my call, which was with an unpleasant person. I got the feeling that if I hadn't called I would not have received a refund.

Fair pricing . Friendly & knowledgeable staff .

I am on my second REVO system. If my opinion would have been requested before I upgraded, I would hav given it five stars. However, the new system about a one. The reason: when I querried about the replacement system, there was notthing said about requiring all new cable for the new cameras. Next, I had one camera I had to send back for replacement and I have another that will now need replacement after less than six months usage. Another issue, the first system included a manual, to which I referred. This one came with none, not even a CD, which was supposed to be included. Calling customer support is almost worthless now, whereas in the past it was outstanding. REVO went from the top of the heap to lower than average in my book.

Love the camera quality and the customer support is phenomenal.
