Hey Daniel! It looks like you placed an international order and that order was shipped on the 5th, the same day the order was placed. We do quote 15-30 business days for delivery on international orders and we haven't quite hit that yet but I hope you order arrives soon! You reached out on Monday, but then reached out again on Wednesday before we could answer. Hey Dan! We post mostly all of the reviews we get, the only reviews we do not post publicly are reviews that include personal information, or information that would not apply to anyone else's order, and therefore can be confusing for customers. We post many 1, 2, and 3 star reviews on our website so customers can make an informed decision based on the info provided in the review section. We do quote 15-30 business days for international shipping. The 15% coupon, if signed up correctly, will be sent to your inbox within 24 hours. I hope that information helps! You reach out on Thursday and we responded on Monday, which is within the 2 day turnaround time we quote but Im sorry we took so long to get back to you! Sometimes the label can take several days to update while it is being shipped to its destination but Im happy to see your package has arrived. We hope you are loving your lenses! We're sorry to hear you have waited so long! We do have a 60 day return policy so it sounds like there may have been some confusion on if you are able to get a return, please reach out again and if you have not received your lenses we will get something figured out.
