Jura
mixed bag
I ordered new lenses for the most common Ray-Ban Pilot RB3025 or RB3030 models (the lenses are identical and can be easily swapped between the two frames). After placing the order, I waited about a month for the package to arrive. I asked customer support why it was taking so long, since my package hadn’t moved at all for three weeks. Support concluded that the package was lost and sent the lenses again. Both packages arrived practically at the same time. Unfortunately, the lenses aren’t actually glass—they’re just plastic. What’s more, they can’t be fitted into Ray-Ban RB3025 or RB3030 sunglasses, which is quite strange. This isn’t some obscure model—thousands of those classic aviator frames are sold. But the edges of the plastic lenses are poorly cut and simply don’t fit into the frames. Revant refunded my money, minus the shipping costs. In my opinion, it’s quite a mixed bag—expensive, slow, and the product is useless to me. It doesn’t even fit into completely standard frames. On the other hand, at least their customer support works and responds. But I definitely won’t be ordering anything from Revant again.

Hey Jura! I'm so sorry your lenses did not fit! Unfortunately there are many reasons why lenses would not fit so we will do everything we can to get your perfectly fitting lenses but if we find your lenses do not fit unfortunately the only option for international customers is a refund. We really hope you are able to find some lenses that do work for you!
