The size I ordered didn’t work for me so I contacted them and they asked a few questions as to what the problem was. They then quickly reviewed my answers and suggested that the next size would be more suitable. Once I was happy with their recommendation they quickly despatched replacements which fit better and still give the best support for my shoulder when sleeping! And Yvonne was super helpful and patient with me too 👍🏻 Can’t praise them enough for such a positive experience and a great job 👏

My experience with customer service was great. I reached out to them to inform them that one of the sleeves was too small and the rep sent out a better fitting size that is working well for me. There was no haggling about it at all. She said to keep the original too small one and the bigger size showed up within a few days. Happy shoulder customer. Thnx again

Received the shoulder braces I ordered and couldn't wait to try it. Made a huge difference in the first day! Just the right support without the large bulky feel from braces I have tried in the past. I did order mine as a medium as I fit the upper end of the weight sizing. Unfortunately it's a little too small, but customer service is assisting in getting a larger size for the second one I haven't opened yet. Great customer service is hard to find and I appreciate it.
