Zero customer service, total scam
My experience was so bad that I thought Retexes was a fake scam company based in China. My initial experience was that they were able to change my order from a medium to a small shortly after I placed an initial order - that was fine, all done by email.A few days later I started receiving auto-generated emails that my shipment was delayed. So much for the 2 to 5-day shipping promise on their advertising and web site. After I received the order three weeks later, I noted that one sleeve was a size small and the other was a large. I emailed them about this and they never responded to several requests for an exchange. And in addition, the customer service phone number does not accept incoming calls. They have a message set up that at the first call, led me to believe that there might be a problem with the cell connection on my side, but that was a red herring. I called customer service numerous times and got the same message each time. It is designed to not accept incoming calls, just not to sound that way. At that point, a couple of weeks later but still well within the 100-day money back written guarantee, I contacted them for a refund. The fine print on the refund policy says that the customer has to contact them, receive approval and instructions about how to return the product FIRST, and then they would process a refund - if approved. So much for the advertised 100% refund-no-questions-asked. They never responded to this refund request either. They have ghosted me at every turn. This type of behavior led me to think that this was/is a scam. I reported Retexes to the Better Business Bureau for their region of Florida, but they have not reponded to the BBB either. This company has gone underground and I would recommend complete avoidance. You might see hearts next to positive comments on their Facebook ads, but there is no one really there.
