False advertisement
Took a month for me to receive my merchandise. Arrived and the sleeve is not designed to fit a full body person. It’s snug and very uncomfortable. Advertisement was for it to be able to fit and adjust to body size and I’m very disappointed in what I received packaging seem to be a little messy too.

The actual sleeve is soft and ok but…
The actual sleeve is soft and ok but the straps are too tight and the whole thing needs achoring at the waist or it slips up around your neck and shows above your top.
Very dissappointed. I will have to alter somehow

Disappointed that the compression…
Disappointed that the compression sleeve did not fit, it was far too small & I'm not particularly large. They offer a full refund on their website but when I have requested to return the item they are trying to fob me off as follows
✔ A 30% refund to your original payment method
✔ A 50% store credit toward your next purchase (you'll be prioritized once new sizes become available)
You may keep the product, there’s no need to return it or cover return shipping costs. What is the point of me keeping it when it is far too small/tight and considering delivery took quite a while,goodness knows when the larger version will be available
