I liked the prompt response when I said the "Medium" shoulder brace which I ordered and received was too small, and you immediately sent me an extension for the strap. That was good. But I am 5' 8" tall and weigh 165 pounds. For an American male that is "medium", not small, not large. I didn't order a large because I am not a large American man. Maybe in your area an average man is smaller than me, but in the USA an average man is as I am; 5' 8" 165 pounds. change your labeling to reflect the size person your "Small", Medium, and Large sizes fit.
