Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

I am so grateful to this company! They were so patient with me and helped me get my retainers just right! They are very responsive and you can tell they really care. I was moving while getting retainers made and they were friendly about updating addresses for me and remaining responsive. Thank you for this really great experience and getting my retainers perfect!!

Very little information during the order experience. Website has little to no information regarding procedure used to create these retainers. I'll be evaluating them during the 60 day money back period.

I was really impressed by my experience with getting retainers through this company. I was hesitant to use an online company like this one due to stories I have heard, but was pleasantly surprised. Retainer's Direct was very communicative and quick to respond to any and all questions. I did not take my impressions right the first time, so they sent the tray back to me with specific instructions on how to correct the mistake I made the first time. When I got my retainers, the bottoms fit perfectly but the top did not. I sent an email letting them know, and they promptly got back to me with a new plan. I will be making a new top impression soon and the only cost I had to cover was for some extra putty.

Great company, everything was great, great retainers

So far so good on easy to understand and purchase for the website. Here is to hoping the retainers I order and the extra putty works! I would be amped if this goes well.

I’ve had such a good experience with my retainer so far, it fits really well it’s not uncomfortable when I’m sleeping. I was worried the impression wasn’t good enough when I sent it, I thought I’d have to redo it. You guys are awesome at getting the fit just right; after many tries with different companies I have found the right one, and the prices aren’t bad either. Chante Morris.

I've never used a retainer before, much less ordered one online. When I had to have a tooth pulled (a baby tooth that never had an adult tooth to push it out,) I couldn't afford the out of pocket for an implant, and I didn't want a bridge to ruin my surrounding teeth, but didn't want them to shift because of an empty space. I've always liked my smile, I have good teeth, so I started looking for an alternative and found Retainers Direct. The process was very simple, from the first order, all the way to receiving my plastic retainer and case. The directions for the impressions were very easy to follow, the price is the best I found, the quality of my retainer is good and I wasn't kept waiting for anything - the impression kit and my final order both came quickly. I'm glad for that because the first time I used it at night I could tell my teeth had begun to shift. Now they won't and I can go on smiling with confidence.

I am greatly impressed with amount of patience and help that you have showed me. Highly recommend this setvice
