Very accommodating, personalized service, and they were very patient with me as I was not the best at doing the impressions. The retainer came today and it fits absolutely perfectly! Amazing value, service, and product. Recommend!

Retainers Direct was amazing! They responded to emails quickly. They called me to ask a question about my mouth molds before fitting them. The retainers fit well. I’m very happy with my experience.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience and with the bottom retainer I received. The company’s process was easy to follow and quick delivery. And the bonus for me was the cost was so affordable for a new retainer. The only concern is the lifespan of the retainer. I notice the material is more flexible and thinner than the original I had from the orthodontist. Overall, great experience and I’ll be back for other replacements if ever needed.

Thank you for the review. :) The plastic we use is the best available in the market. It is the same the Smile Direct Club uses, as well as most board certified Orthodontists. I hope we are able to assist you in the future!

Very happy with my retainer. Fits perfectly despite an apparently less than perfect mold on my part. They were able to finesse the mold and make it work.

Hey Leslie, Thank you so much for the review. You were a joy to work with. :)

The whole process was great. I received the molding kit 7 days after I placed the order. I shipped the kit with my moldings back the same day I received it and received my retainer 7 days later. The whole process took 14 days from when I placed my order. Plus I also got a nice handwritten note and a nice little retainer case. The molding process was pretty easy as well if you follow the video link they email you.
