The company was so easy to communicate with they and responded to my email very quickly to help change my shipping address last minute. The customer service is top notch. No bots, real people. Fast turnaround, and it was easy to make the impressions. The video helps walk you through it, though it is so easy you don't even need the video. Highly recommend.

Retainer came fast and fits well!

My experience with Retainers Direct was great! Even though the owner notified me that the impressions I sent him had some distortion in several areas, he was able to make some modifications to fix the flaws. And the retainers he sent me fit perfectly! It's been such a relief to get new retainers without having to go in-person to an orthodontist, especially during the pandemic. A very responsive and professional business.

I purchased a retainer $95 and had to purchase a “3D print” of my last impression $25, received it and it was completely the wrong size. I spoke with Darren who had me purchase another set of putty $15 to make me a new retainer which I received and it was the size of child’s teeth with a note stating they had to alter the impression. I then requested a refund, which Darren agreed to give me once he received the small teeth impression. A week went by and Darren stated he received the small teeth retainer but still no refund so I contacted Darren again to which he lied and said he refunded me. I never received a refund. What a horrible company all the way around! Horrible product, how do you alter and fabricate an impression and think it will fit then lie about sending a refund. I now had to file a dispute with PayPal what a horrible horrible company literally the worst! All I wanted was my refund after I sent you back your small fitting retainer. You’ve lied repeatedly and continue to lie. I still have not received a refund through PayPal. And this Shopify refund sure is a convenient lie even though I paid through PayPal and not with a card on file. You continue to email me and respond but still have not refunded me. All I wanted was for you to hold up your end of the refund agreement, which was once you received your item I would receive a refund. You acknowledged you received your item and stated you were refunding me. A week later I asked about the refund you said “call your bank bc we sent it your card must be expired”. I paid through PayPal so this is clearly the first lie I was told. Your company is terrible. All of this could have been avoided by just simply giving me my refund which I still have not received! I own my own business and would never ever treat my clients/customers like this. Dishonest and horrible company! I stand by this and again have still not received my refund and have had to open a claim against you through PayPal to get my refund! Great way to treat your customers after they send you back your product. An unnecessary hassle due to a bad business. You emailed me to tell me if I take down my review you’ll refund me. That is not how this works you are obligated to give me my refund and my review will stay up so other people do not have to go through this. Again all that you had to do was give me my refund which you agreed you to begin with. There is no excuse for this kind of bad business hassle. A PayPal claim to get back what you’ve lied and continue to say you sent.

First time I call for help I had hard time getting connected. Next day I called again… Darren Halton picked up the phone in couple rings. I explain my upper tray was to big that my teeth was touching hard palate. Without any hesitation … He send me a smaller tray. I also email him picture of my impression to See if impression look right. He email me back to explain what I did improperly. Darren Hilton was very patient, understanding, friendly and wanted to help me resolve my issues. Just because I’m paying for service doesn’t mean people are all friendly. Thanks :)

I recieved my retainer and it only covered half of my teeth. They sent me a new set WITHOUT putty. They told me I messed up my molds so I had to pay for more putty. After speaking with a local doctor, my molds were good... except the impression tray itself was not the right size for me... so the mold would never come out correctly. They only send two impression trays and neither fit me. The large one I couldnt even get into my mouth. And the other one was digging into my gums. The company then makes me pay for putty a third time and shipping and also pay to return it. I asked for a refund and only got a email saying they then shipped me new trays and that I would need to buy MORE putty. I wish I went to a local doctor to begin with. I spent way more money in the long run with this.

I found your website to be a little confusing when determining which products to order. I also signed up and received a discount code for a whitening pen, but the code sent didn't work at check-out. I had to engage a member of your team and trade several emails to collect the pen. That is certainly not ideal.
