Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

I originally emailed a questions to the company before ordering and they responded immediately. I received my kit asap and returned it. The turn around time was quick! The whole process was a total of about 10 days from my first contact and retainer in hand. The retainer is a great fit and I saved about $1200 from what my dentist quoted me for this type of item. I also received a handwritten note with any concerns. It is all about the quality of a good impression to send back!

I gave only 3 stars because I couldn't get the perfect indent of my teeth. I tried more than twice to put the puddy just right in the mold, however, something was always wrong. I just couldn't get the mold done correctly. If I could have gotten it correct I would have saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you for your patience with me. Best Regards Shirley Brown

Very easy, quick and reliable.

When my own impressions broke during the process, they sent putty for me to make new ones, even though my retainers had been successfully. They went the extra mile. Thanks!

I actually love how the retainer fits and it feels better than my old retainer which was a hard plastic. It was bit hard to put on but it was because my teeth were starting to move.

I needed a set of retainers after invisalign, but my dental appointment to get fit for them was put on hold due to the Stay At Home order. I didn't know when I would eventually be able to get into see my dentist so I decided to try Retainers Direct. They seemed to have more good trustworthy reviews than other online retainer companies that I looked into. I was nervous to do my own molds for the retainers, but I just focused and followed every instruction and they turned out great! It only took 2 and half weeks from placing my order to receive my set of retainers. So awesome! I did have a fit issue: my bottom set fit perfectly, while my top set did not fit all the way on my teeth. I reached out with this issue by email to Retainers Direct and received a prompt reply with some suggestions and was ultimately sent a new top retainer at no additional cost that fit perfectly. Thank you Retainers Direct!

I love my retainers I have been wearing them almost through the night now and I am happy my teeth are staying straight and beautiful 😁
