My retainers arrived today, They look and feel just like the one's you get from your orthodontist, but at a faction of the cost. I popped my retainers in and they fit perfectly. I wanted a retainer back-up set, for if I lose my original retainers or if they become too worn -out to be effective. I am very pleased!

This is great! I needed to get bottom retainers after I had my metal retainer removed from the back of my bottom teeth maybe 5 years ago. My teeth had remained straight for a while and I thought it would always stay that way. However, I recently noticed my bottom teeth shifting and I was panicking, I didn't want all my years of having a brace face to go to waste. But I also didn't want to go into a orthodontist office during COVID since it would be a pretty high risk with my mouth being wide open while they figured out what to do with my teeth. So I figured why not try an online service instead and I'm so glad I did. I received my kit in the mail, the instructions and video were very helpful. I was glad that there were a few molds I could do and not just one chance, in case I messed it up. It took a little longer for my retainer to me, but I do live in Hawai'i so I figure that was the issue there. So far they fit great! I can't imagine anything would happen to the retainer that would change my mind on how much I like Retainers direct. 5/5, would recommend!

Perfect retainers! I was worried that I had done the impressions wrong but when I sent them in Darren said they worked out fine even though they were a bit shallow. I recommend getting the extra impression putty especially if it’s your first time doing impressions on your own. But I am very pleased with the product and the communication I had with Darren about my worries and such. Look no further for cost effective and high quality retainers!!

I had a crown put in earlier this year so my retainer didn't fit anymore. My orthodontist was now four hours away and my current one would have charged me over $300 to make a replacement. So, I looked online and ordered from here, shipping was fast, the process was easy and my new retainer fits perfectly, I couldn't be happier! Great retainer! I was a little worried there might be issues because I have a permanent retainer, but it fits really well! Shipping took a little while, but USPS is swamped right now (they lost my package for a few days), so I don't blame the company! I'm happy to have a retainer again!
