I watched the impression video a few times, took an impression with the sample putty and got a good impression on my first real try (i took pics and got them verified before mailing back). The process was quick and the trays feel better than my original invisalign trays.

Thank you very much for well made replacement retainers. The card enclosed with my retainers was, I believe, signed by Darren. The process of making the impressions was a little tough because the things that you put into your mouth to make the molds are huge if you have a small mouth. Yes, there are two sizes. One huge, one still too big. I made it work with much effort. I think the retainers will work out fine. It's such a relief to have this set of retainers, so that I can retain all the work that was done on my teeth via braces. I've had braces twice already and I am not interested in going back to them.

I have thought long and hard about how to respond to this review. Everyone has a right to their opinion and I respect that. I am the founder and owner of Retainers Direct and my wife (Kimberly) and son, Tanner, handle the majority of direct customer service. We pride ourselves on a quality product with excellent customer service. That being said, we cannot make an ideal retainer without a detailed impression of the teeth. Capturing that impression can be difficult for some. If you are not satisfied with our products or our system does not work for you, we will give ou your money back. We work hard to make raving fans of everyone we serve but obviously that is not always possible. We learn from these negative experiences and strive to do better in the future. Darren Haltom
