Excellent price, fast delivery

The product was misrepresented.
The product was late in delivery and was misrepresented. It was more like a child's toy. My normal hose gives a higher presser than this device sold as a high presser washer hose attachment. And $46 plus tax?

Never sent me my order
Never sent me my order, never would respond to writing or phone, I reported them to the FTC BBC and Attorney generals. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Its a scam .

Poor communication but I was taken care of in the end.
Ordered some water filters that are out of stock everywhere else. It took months to finally get an answer on why they haven’t shipped. I thought I got scammed. The company did finally respond and refunded my entire order plus some on a visa gift card.

⚠️ BE AWARE — DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I strongly recommend avoiding this website. I was charged for an order, but the merchandise was never received. There is also no customer service phone number—only email contact. My attempts to get a response were unsuccessful, and there appears to be no straightforward way to cancel the order or receive a refund. Please be careful before placing an order. Do your research first and avoid this website if possible.

Month long communication delay
Placed on order, 10 days later no word on processing. Requested a refund and two full weeks later I got messaged about a refund. Reading these reviews I have my doubt I will ever see my money again.

I feel my situation was handled…
I feel my situation was handled professionally & to my satisfaction. I placed an order for a desk I had previously but my cat had urinated on it several times rendering the desk unusable. I researched the desk, which I loved & worked for me, was discontinued. I was it available & took the chance that they had it in stock. Once they informed me the desk was unavailable, they offered me some options & I chose a refund which they promptly did.
