I ordered on October 7th and checked on my order on the 15th. The status said it was “checking availability”. This is 8 days after I ordered. When I ordered it clearly said IN STOCK! I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with NO reply. I am getting my money back via my bank and won’t ever order from this company again! I also don’t trust their positive reviews for a second! It’s a fraudulent company ripping people off.

Scammed out of $168 shoes. It's been 3 weeks confirming availability. Zero response to any of my emails, their policy states confirming availability 48hrs no longer if it does contact us. I did and nothing.

Terrible experience. Took my money when I purchased an online item, never shipped my item (over a month waiting). Contacted the Retail Market several times and obtained ZERO response, not even acknowledgment of my order. Terrible experience and highly recommend not to use this organization.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I reached out to Retail Market regarding some laundry hampers and had a positive experience communicating with the owner. What stood out to me was his honesty, kindness, and willingness to take responsibility. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who is genuine, approachable, and clearly cares about his customers. Running a small business comes with its challenges, and I appreciate the personal attention and sincerity. I wanted to take a moment to recognize that. Thank you!

Have not recieved the order that was placed on 09/10/2026 for $372.27, no response to emails. Avoid this online store.

I should've done more research and read these reviews. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, sent an email to them 3 times inquiring about the status but got no response. Its not until I disputed the charge to my credit card company, they then responded and canceled my order. STAY AWAY from this company. Its extremely sketchy!

There was an issue with my order (RO-33179), but the team dealt with it very well and ensured we were happy with the product. Thank you!

I couldn't find a specfic expandable cat carrier with specific attributes anywhere except Retail Market. I had a very good experience both ordering, and it only took 7 days to process and deliver to me, vs. 5 weeks with a previous seller that no longer handles the item. They communicated regularly about the status of the order and with the tracking info and carrier. I would gladly purchase through them again.
