Exceeded my expectations
Very happy with the Retail Market experience. I ordered a power plug for a Furion camera to wire into my camera and it came before my planned trip so I was able to use it on my new camper.

Great Communication, Love the Furniture Piece
Great communication regarding shipping, delivery expectations. And the sideboard itself was wrapped well, and easily assembled (had to add the legs only). Very happy with the new furniture. Thank you!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
This company is garbage! DO NOT ORDER THRU THEM. Ordered 6 items 2 weeks ago. 1 sent and it was incorrect item. Sent email to inform of issue and return. That was 7 days ago. I got 1 email asking how everything went after I sent email. Responded to their email requesting to return 1 item, cancel rest of order. Have sent request to cancel every day for 7 days and nothing. Oh, and I've been charged for all 6 items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT! No tele #, they do not respond to email. SAVE YOURSELF THE HELL YOUR ABOUT TO GO THRU

After taking a while to inform me that…
After taking a while to inform me that the weedwacker I ordered was not readily available I was offered one in a different color. Color didn't matter to me, battery size did. Retail Market quickly shipped the substitute model, which had a different battery. The assembly instructions were limited and I ended up going to a lawnmower shop for help attaching the blade. The machine does work well. Battery takes very long recharge time.

RO-36642 additional shipping charge
RO-36642 on my bill when i paid there was a shipping charge. but when the order was delivered by fedex there was another charge for $24. There was no indication on the original bill that there would be an additional charge by fedex. i have learned my lesson not to order from the retail market
