Resume ProfsReviews of resumeprofs.com

I go to them for my resume every time, I’ve always been happy with the results. Anytime I need to update my resume I just go back to them. We do so much for companies that sometimes it’s hard to describe everything so they work wonders for me.

Where to start? First, I will say the customer service was respectful, courteous, professional, and excellent follow-up. I was "extremely concerned" after reading the reviews posted and reached back out after I made the purchase. Chris and Joe eased my fears of the reviews and we proceeded with the order. To be completely transparent, the turn around time was within 24 hours. However, the first draft that was sent for review was completely unacceptable. To say that I wasn't disappointed or feeling a certain type of way about money out with no ROI was an understatement. A lot of errors. While I was looking at the draft, I received a call from the company. I was thankful that they called. I basically asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a call on Monday to speak to the person in charge of refunds. On that Monday, I received a call and another draft in my email. After a few changes, I was completely satisfied with the product they provided. I also would like to add that through the entire time we communicated via email or a call, they were very patient. THANK YOU Resume Profs!!!!!

I have used ResumeProfs multiple times through the last few years. I am just not savvy when it comes to making an attractive resume. I prefer to leave it to the professionals. Both times I had them create my resume I got the job I was going for! I needed a little edit (and it's been a year since my last update!) And Steve majorly helped me out in a jiffy no questions asked! Thank you!

It did take a little time but the end result was outstanding! I highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a professional resume. The linked in package has already started brining in results too!

Amazing, professional rendition of my resume. they created it to be concise, and pack a punch, unlimited editing until i deemed it just right!

This team was astounding to collaborate with! They provided an amazing end-product that took my good resume to great! I highly recommend their services.

I needed a resume done overnight. I called several other resume companies. They said it would take days. I called Resume Profs and spoke to Sid my project manager. Not only did I get it the next day but what a beauty. Sid made suggestions that made my resume better than I could have imagined. I have recommended Sid to my daughter and I know she will impressed as well.

Resume Profs is a great company to use when you need a good resume. They not only craft great resumes offering many template styles, they even revise and/or create cover letters that are concise, yet detailed enough for employers to read with ease. One of the writers helped in offering a suggestion to my own dilemma. I had been contemplating whether to use my personal email and telephone number on my resume; they gave a suggestion. I now have an email and phone number just for prospective employers to respond to me. For me, it was a great idea and I should of thought of it sooner. Resume profs are great at what they do! I HIGHLY recommend their services.
