If you are looking for a senior level resume, my advise is DO NOT spend your money on these guys. They don't have a team to research your role or understand what you do. They don't arrange for a call to talk to you or get an understanding of how you want your resume to look. They have these standard templates and will make you draft everything to just copy paste into their template. Worst part - i found language of some Pizza delivery resume hiding in one of the corners of the template they built for me. Complete waste of my time and money.

I cannot recommend Resume Profs
I cannot recommend Resume Profs. If you don't have the time to edit and revise the basics of writing such as commas, capitalization, and spacing then this is not the service for you. You will essentially have to rewrite the entire project which is a lovely experience after being told that they are "professional writers" and you paid for this service. This is essentially the self-checkout of resume writing services. You get what you pay for and when it comes to your professional image this is apparently not enough.

You dont get what you pay for at all!
For $170 I got a useless, generic, clunky, uninspiring very templated resume/cover letter that was supposed to give me a chance to really stand out in the web industry among a very competitive field of candidates.
Heres what I got instead...
1) Dozens of job posts sent out over a 3 week period and nothing. This is through Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Way Up, Lensa... do I need to keep going?
2) They expect you to know what your resume needs for edits despite the fact you're coming to them for that very same issue! No coaching, recommendations or ways to improve at all. Just fill out a cookie cutter questionnaire, send it back to them and a couple days later they run that info through what clearly appears to be some kind of internal algorithm. Pretty much just a resume production silo. I couldn't even access my account Dashboard!
3) Sent their resume to multiple reviews for good measure on Top Resume and Zip Job, both saying the same thing. Poor ATS system performance, too few keywords, monotonous verbiage that makes a hiring manager want to gloss right over, too large a PDF file size, poorly constructed layout, no call to critical achievements but instead writing a bunch of basic stuff I did for each employer.
4) After trying to edit their PDF file, I found multiple random background graphics, typos, grammatical errors and anomalies that should not have existed in a professionally written resume.
I'm not sure what all these other positive reviews are getting and would like to ask each of them, what job and industry were you applying to? What exactly did Resume Profs do to help your resume stand out? How long did it take to get a job? How many job positing did you have to submit? How many revisions did you have to submit back?
Instead of going through this service, seriously do your research online first on what ATS software, hiring managers, and your industry is expecting to get, because this company does not know what they're doing. There are alot of good online articles on the basics of making your resume pop that don't require a "professional" resume writing service.
Total waste of money I'll never get back which is fantastic, but a very valuable lesson learned at least that shouldn't have cost $170.

I was told my resume could be done in 5…
I was told my resume could be done in 5 hours, it took 28 hours to complete. I paid extra for this rush and had to sit at my computer for most of 2 days reviewing and sending corrections that needed to be done. I sent information in on what my job was, duties, experience. The first draft completely changed everything I sent in. There were more than 10 sets of corrections I had to send in. There were typos, bullet points not lined up. I sent info that could have been copied and pasted that took over 3 hours to input. I know I needed help with this as it has been over 20 years since I last had to prepare one, but I put in more review work than they did in the entire process. The person who was communicating was helpful, but the people processing the work were clueless. Grammer was not proper for a resume it was very unprofessional in my opinion. I paid 224.00 for this and feel like I had to do most of the work, there was not checks and balances on their end. I would not send a resume in for review as they cannot review the ones they write.
